Tomorrow one of my finest friends Anna and he friend Sophie will begin their bike ride from Brighton-Paris! Bon courage les filles! I'll be waiting in Paris for you!

I have a new coat, it is black with fur trim and gold buttons, I love it but when I wear it I feel too fancy, like a Russian princess, just over the top really. Then again if you can't wear a fancy coat in Paris then where can you!

It has been nearly 2 months since I last posted, how time flies! I don't know if anyone is still checking this page but if so I hope you are well and happy and enjoying January. I have been busy at work as usual but also taking time to enjoy Paris and my weekends, I have also started swimming again in my lunch hour. These photos were taken with my little Yashica automatic; a new vintage dress (which might be too short!) and a tree next to my workplace that has been this beautiful colour since October.

At the moment I am living for the weekends, wandering around Paris and drinking kirs with friends. It is dark when I leave home in the morning and dark when I leave my office so weekends full of nice things keep me going!

I've also been watching lots of mangas and I just finished watching a new manga that my friend Anna introduced me to called Midori Days, about a girl who wakes up as the right hand of the boy she has always loved from afar, yes really. You can watch it here in Japanese with French subtitles.
